If you have configured a white-labeled tracking and hosting URL and your organization uses Microsoft Direct Access, you may need to do one minor configuration.

You may need to add an entry to the Name Resolution Policy Table (NRPT). See this support article for steps on how to do it:

You can see your NRPT by running the following Powershell command:

Get-DnsClientNrptPolicy
