# CR - Workday SFTP Sync for Opensense

### Setting Up an Outbound Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) in Workday to Send a .CSV File via SFTP to Opensense

## **Overview**

Opensense offers a secure and reliable method for syncing data through our SFTP server. This process ensures seamless integration with your system by transferring `.csv` files for automated updates and user synchronization.

## What We Do

#### **1. Activate Server Configuration**

We enable and configure our secure SFTP server to communicate with your domain.

#### **2. Define Protocol and Connection Settings**

We establish the secure connection parameters, ensuring compatibility with your system requirements.

#### **3. Authenticate Access**

Unique credentials (username and password) are used to securely authenticate the connection to our server.

#### **4. Specify File Transfer Rules**

We configure filters to process only the required file types (e.g., `.csv`) and designate the appropriate directories for storage.

#### **5. Enable User Data Synchronization**

Automated syncing is enabled to ensure that user information is regularly updated based on the transferred files.

#### **6. Field Mapping**

Once the connection is configured, map the .csv fields as required
