Microsoft Office 365
Out-of-Office replies and calendar invites in Outlook are set up in a unique way. They route through an email server owned by Office 365, rather than your corporate email server where we have set up Opensense. Unfortunately, that means we cannot append Opensense signatures to OOO replies or calendar invites in Outlook.
As a workaround, users can add a screenshot of their signature to their OOO reply. The URLs will be disabled, but this is a good solution to keep brand consistency while out of the office.
Gmail and Other Email Applications
The signature will transform normally on Gmail's vacation responder and on other applications! Paste in your signature block as normal and it will deliver a transformed signature.
