# Enabling Opensense on a new domain

## Overview

To turn on email signatures for a new domain, some technical configuration is needed, to give it the same experience as your current domain.

## New domain URLs

List the URL of each new domain. For example: [www.opensense.com](https://www.opensense.com).


## Setup questions

1. Are the domains in the same Microsoft 365 tenant as your current Opensense domains? If not, we'll need to schedule an integration call with your Microsoft 365 Global Admin.
2. Are the DNS entries added to the domains? Pass the steps in [Required DNS settings for Opensense](https://help.opensense.com/docs/dns-entries-must-have) to your domain admin. We need these in place before we can begin the work on our end, so let us know when they're complete.
3. Will the domains be under the same billing contact?
4. Will you need additional users or licenses (the number of new email inboxes getting signatures)? We'll first use any available licenses, and prorate added licenses to the current term end date.
5. Which email addresses need access to manage the Opensense account for the domains? Send us the list, and we'll elevate their permissions to multi-domain access.
6. Will these domains have a signature template similar to your current domain's?
