# Launching Opensense signatures to Gmail users

## Overview

When you deploy Opensense signatures in bulk to Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) users, a little preparation keeps the launch smooth:

- Announce an all-hands meeting, for an engaging launch.
- Send a reminder email (or two) leading up to launch, to reduce internal support requests.
- Expect support requests to subside about a week after launch.

There are two ways to deliver the signatures: push them to Gmail, or push them to employees by email. Your branded **Opensense Signature Instructions** document supports both, and the table below compares them.

## Push to Gmail or push to email

          <td>They may need to refresh the browser page for the new signature to show in their account. As an extra check, they can make sure that My Signature is the default for new messages and replies, by following the instructions in the document.</td>
          <td>A simple, one-time copy and paste of their Opensense signature into every device they send email from. Your branded <strong>Opensense Signature Instructions</strong> document has setup instructions for major desktop and mobile devices.</td>

          <td>The <strong>Opensense Signature Guide</strong> shows how to stop Google from moving the signature to the bottom of the email thread. This isn't an Opensense setting, but employees and admins have found the instructions useful.</td>
          <td><span aria-hidden="true">—</span><span class="sr-only">Not applicable</span></td>
        </tr>
        <tr>
          <th scope="row">Plain text in Gmail</th>
          <td colspan="2">The default signature appears as plain text, and the recipient always receives the robust, highly engaging email signature design that Marketing manages centrally. Your branded <strong>Opensense Signature Instructions</strong> document explains and shows this transformation.</td>
        </tr>
