# How to Share MySig Manually With New Hires?

### Sharing Signatures with your Employees

Opensense provides you with a hosted signature setup paged called **MySig**. This page was designed to help you easily share signatures with your employees. You can access this page by going to `https://smart.customer.com/mysig`

### Example MySig Page

Opensense MySig link will look like `https://smart.opensense.com/mysig`

## Onboarding Employees

1. **Share the MySig Link** Provide employees with your MySig link through any communication channel you prefer (e.g., email, chat, onboarding documentation).
2. **Have Users Enter Their Information** Direct employees to fill out their personal details under **Step 1** on the MySig page.
3. **Generate and Apply the Signature** After completing the form, a customized email signature will appear under **Step 2**. Instruct employees to **copy this signature block** and **paste it into their email signature settings** (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail).
4. **Test the Signature** Ask employees to compose a **new email** and send it to a different email address—either another team member or their personal email—to confirm the signature renders correctly.

> Note: Sending an email to oneself (using the same email address) will not trigger the signature transformation.
