Article Summary

Things to keep in mind

There are a few examples where an Opensense Signature will not transform:

  1. View emails in your Sent Mail folder:
    • Opensense signatures will appear "un-transformed" in your Sent Mail folder.
    • When replying/forwarding an item from the Sent Mail folder, the un-transformed signature block on the original Sent Email will be removed.
  2. Sending an email to yourself: jane.doe@abc.com to jane.doe@abc.com
  3. Sending an email to your own email alias: jane.doe@abc.com to jane@abc.com
  4. Sending an email to a linked personal email on the iPhone app. The iPhone app allows for the transfer of emails between linked email addresses. Therefore, the email will not pass through Opensense, and will not transform.
