Bulk Edits

  1. Create a .csv file with username and the field, or fields, you want to edit. The column headers should match the field names on your signature and all field names must be lowercase
    When making changes by uploading a .csv file - Less is more! Only upload the usernames and data that you want changed
  2. Go to the Signatures dropdown, and choose "Users & Compliance"
  3. On the left side of your page, click on "Sync Tools"
  4. Under "Bulk CSV Sync", click on "Choose File"
  5. Ensure the spreadsheet is a CSV file type!
  6. Click on "Sync CSV"
  7. When the sync is finished, refresh the browser
  8. Check that the sync was successful by checking your manual changes in "Users & Compliance"

CSV Commands for Bulk Changes

There are a few CSV commands that allow for bulk changes. These should be added after the field name in the column header in the format: field-command


Command

-locked

Locks all field data in the column (ex: title-locked)

-unlocked

Unlocks all field data in the column (ex: name-unlocked)

-nosync

Breaks the sync on all field data in the column (ex: phone-nosync)
