Opensense requires that a Cloudflare customer NOT proxy the CNAME they create for smart.customerdomain.
CNAME
Opensense asks customers to create a CNAME record in their DNS. The CNAME record is described as follows:
CNAME (New entry)
- smart POINTS TO whs.sendergen.com
A Cloudflare customer manages their DNS via the Cloudflare Dashboard.
They create the CNAME using this interface:

The CNAME interface above allows a customer to toggle the Cloudflare proxy on or off. The Opensense CNAME should have the proxy setting OFF.
The Cloudflare Proxy Toggle can be ORANGE (ON - incorrect setting) or GREY (OFF - correct setting) for Opensense CNAME.
