Creating a professional email signature is an impactful way to reinforce your brand identity and make a positive impression with every email. This article will walk you through the options available when setting up a new email signature so you can tailor your signature to reflect your company style and meet guidelines.
Getting started
To create a new email signature, navigate to the Designer Studio inside the Signatures section of the navigation pane.
Click the "New Signature" button on the upper right.
You'll be provided with three options to choose from.
Which option is best for me?
We'll review each option to determine what works best for you based on your preferences and the knowledge and skillset you need.
Blank signature
If you want to create an entirely custom signature from scratch and are savvy with HTML & CSS, you should choose this option.
Use a template
You can select any signature from our gallery of prebuilt, email-compliant templates. While some basic knowledge of HTML & CSS is still necessary, this will expedite the design and creation process.
