FTP Data Sync Technical Specs

Company email signatures require a source for the data that goes into the email signature for each sender. If you are using a directory source that Opensense does not natively integrate with, we can still sync your employee signatures field data from any data source with the use of a File Transfer Protocol (FTP). We can connect to your FTP server, or you can use ours! Regardless, blow are the file requirements to mitigate issues with employee data synced via FTP:

1. CSV file in UTF-8 format
2. Lowercase column headers that match the merge fields in your email signature
   • Examples:
     • name
     • title
     • phone
     • mobile
     • email
3. Lowercase email addresses column
4. Comma-delimited
