Before you can add headshots to a signature, the signature's HTML code must include a headshot placeholder. Please reach out to help@opensense.com with any questions or concerns.
You can choose to make the image inline, which will change how images are delivered. For more information about inline vs. hosted images please visit our help article

Directory/Automatic Headshots

Headshots Using Directory Thumbnails

A URL in your signature design will automatically pull an image associated with an employee from your directory. If a headshot is not present, you have the option to collapse the photo placeholder in the signature or fallback to a photo file named "default_photo" in the Opensense image repository

The link pulls images in the following hierarchy -
  • Image bucket: username.png
  • Image bucket: username.jpg
  • Google/O365 Profile Photo
  • Image bucket: default_photo.jpg
Please email help@opensense.com for help using this URL, or if you have any questions.
