# Introduction to the Pusher tool

## Overview

**Pusher** sends signatures from Opensense directly into connected apps, so users do not have to update their own signatures. Admins use it to keep every signature consistent, compliant, and on-brand, whether for a small group of users or the whole organization.

To open it, select **Signatures** > **Pusher** in the Opensense portal.

:::caution[Pusher runs only when you start it]
Pusher is API-based and requires manual action to run. It does not run on an automated schedule.
