System Roles
Domain Admin
- Full domain configuration and global management (settings, users, assets, integrations, etc.). 
Signature Admin
- Owns signature design, deployment, and routing; also manages Bizcards when enabled. 
Marketing Admin
- Manages campaigns, performance insights, and surveys. 
User
- Standard user access; can view the Sales Activity feed if Sales has been enabled for the user.
