Sharing Signatures with your Employees

Opensense provides you with a hosted signature setup paged called MySig. This page was designed to help you easily share signatures with your employees. You can access this page by going to https://smart.customer.com/mysig

Onboarding Employees

  1. Share the MySig Link
    Provide employees with your MySig link through any communication channel you prefer (e.g., email, chat, onboarding documentation).

  2. Have Users Enter Their Information
    Direct employees to fill out their personal details under Step 1 on the MySig page.

  3. Generate and Apply the Signature
    After completing the form, a customized email signature will appear under Step 2. Instruct employees to copy this signature block and paste it into their email signature settings (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail).

  4. Test the Signature
    Ask employees to compose a new email and send it to a different email address—either another team member or their personal email—to confirm the signature renders correctly.

Note: Sending an email to oneself (using the same email address) will not trigger the signature transformation.
