# Condensing Many Signatures into One (NEW! Liquid Templates)

Does your Signature Assignmnets page have 5, 10, or 20 assignments? We can condense them into one or two templates with the tips below!

## What is Different about Each Template?

With the exception of formatting - fields, text, images, and banners can be customized through one signature template.

Use [conditional fields](https://opensense.document360.io/docs/conditional-fields-new-liquid-templates), [department fields](https://opensense.document360.io/docs/department-fields), and [ABM Banner Setups](https://opensense.document360.io/docs/getting-started-with-your-email-signature-marketing-strategy-abm-edition) to combine many signatures into one!

## ABM Banner Setups

Customizable for Banners

Replace the [[adtags]] or [[ad]] connection in your signature template with [[abm]] to connect to your ABM dashboard. The ABM Dashboard will allow you to assign banners based on departments and recipients
