How to send a #debug email?

If you're experiencing an issue with your signatures, you can add #debug to the subject line of your email. This provides us with detailed information about your email to help troubleshoot your issues

You cannot forward an email containing the issue. You will need to send a new email with #debug in the subject line.

When to use #debug

Here are some of the most common examples of when our Customers use #debug. Don't hesitate to reach out to with any issues you are experiencing.

  • Any signature placement issues while composing emails
  • Users do not see their signature at all
  • Users are seeing an incorrect signature being displayed
  • Experiencing formatting issues with your signatures

Contacting Support

When reaching out to support, please provide the following information so we can better assist you, and quickly resolve the issue:
  • Is the issue happening on replies or forwards?
  • Which email client, and what device was the email sent from?
  • Please provide a list of users who are being impacted, and a date/time of the reporting issue
Once you identify where and how the issues occur, send a NEW email to with #debug 12345 in the subject line.
