The signature editor allows you to customize your email signature’s design and functionality, with options to edit HTML/CSS, manage fields, and configure reply templates. Real-time previews, validation tools, and field management features guarantee your signature is consistent and professional.
Signature blocks
Each signature comes with two initial blocks: one for HTML and one for plain text. If needed, you can enable a reply signature, adding an additional HTML and plain text block.
Each signature block includes field information to help you quickly review your signature contents and prevent potential production issues.
Field types
There are six field types that can be present on a signature block: Fields, Internal Fields, Missing Fields, Unused Fields, Ads, and Plugins. These field groupings will appear only when specific criteria are met, giving you a quick view of what is used within your signature.
Fields
These signature fields are being used inside the signature template. The fields listed here are defined in your Signature Fields list in the bottom right of the editor.Internal Fields
These internal global fields are being used inside the signature template. Internal fields are global fields provided by Opensense, available for use across all signatures. These fields allow you to reference dynamic information such as sender, recipient, domain, and other information.Missing Fields
These fields are being used inside the signature template but have not been added to the signature fields list in the bottom-right corner.Unused Fields
These fields are listed inside the Fields section but are not being used inside the signature template.Ads
These ad campaigns are currently being used inside the signature template.Plugins
These plugins are currently being used inside the signature template.

Autoformat: Keeps code clean and organized for easy editing.
Autopreview: Updates the preview in real-time so you can verify changes as you go.

These features make customizing your signature efficient and error-free.
