This article explains how to delete a signature from your account. You can perform this action on the signature cards in Designer Studio or via the actions menu on the Signature Editor page.
Getting started
To delete an existing email signature, navigate to the Designer Studio inside the Signatures section of the navigation pane.
Deleting via signature card
Each signature card includes an actions menu accessible via the "···" button in the upper right corner.
To delete a signature from the Designer Studio page, select "Delete" from the dropdown menu.
Note: The delete option will be hidden if the signature is assigned to any routes. To delete the signature, first remove it from all route assignments.
Deleting via Signature Editor
To delete a signature from the Signature Editor page, open the "Actions" menu and choose "Delete" from the dropdown options.
On both pages, you’ll be prompted to confirm before proceeding with the signature deletion.
