The Opensense Pusher tool provides admins with a streamlined way to update and distribute email signatures across supported platforms. Instead of relying on manual updates by end users, the Pusher ensures consistency, compliance, and brand alignment by pushing signature data directly into connected applications.

Overview

With the Pusher tool, you can:

  • Select and configure a data source for user information

  • Review and verify user details before applying changes

  • Push signatures to supported destinations such as Google Workspace, Outreach, Salesforce, and Front

  • Send email reminders to users with instructions to copy and paste their signature when direct integration is not available

  • Replay existing pushes to make quick adjustments without starting from scratch

Important: The Pusher is API-based and requires manual action to run. It does not currently operate on an automated schedule.

The Pusher is designed for flexibility, whether you are managing a small group of users or rolling out updates across your entire organization. By centralizing the process, Opensense ensures that every user’s email signature remains professional, on-brand, and compliant with company standards.
