Introduction to the Pusher tool
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Pusher sends signatures from Opensense directly into connected apps, so users do not have to update their own signatures. Admins use it to keep every signature consistent, compliant, and on-brand, whether for a small group of users or the whole organization.
To open it, select Signatures > Pusher in the Opensense portal.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Choose a data source
- Select and configure where user information comes from.
- Review users
- Review and verify user details before you apply changes.
- Push signatures
- Push signatures to Google Workspace, Outreach, Salesforce, Front, and other supported destinations.
- Send reminders
- Email users instructions to copy and paste their signature when a direct integration is not available.
- Repeat a push
- Replay an existing push to make quick adjustments without starting from scratch.
