The Business Cards Routing page allows admins to control how digital business cards are assigned and prioritized across users and groups. From here, you can look up user assignments, create new routes, adjust route priority, and manage existing routes.

Resources Drop-Down Menu

  • User Business Card Lookup    

    • Choose a user from the list to view their active business card assignment.

    • The table displays Type and Blockname of the current assignment.

Add Route

Use this to create a new business card route and assign it to one or more groups.

  • Create Route Window    

    • Select Business Card – Choose the business card template to assign to the route.

    • Groups – Select one or more user groups for this route.

    • Active – Toggle whether the route is enabled. If active, it is live in production.

Change Priority

  • Drag and rearrange routes to set priority.

  • The platform follows this order when matching business cards with user groups.

  • Higher-priority routes will take precedence over lower ones.

Business Card Route Table

This table displays all existing routes and their details:

  • Disabled Cards – A gray number indicates the route is disabled.

  • Preview – Shows the template preview of the assigned business card.

  • Business Card – Displays the name of the business card template for that route.

  • Groups – Lists the group(s) assigned to the route.

  • Kebab Menu (â‹®) – Provides management options:    

    • Edit – Update the route configuration.

    • Disable – Temporarily turn off the route.

    • Delete – Permanently remove the route.
