Overview

Learn how to access the Opensense Outlook add-in on Android to switch between signatures and update your settings on the go.

Android differs from desktop: The Opensense add-in is not available in the Android compose window. You must open an existing email to access it.

Before you start

You'll need:

  • The Opensense Outlook add-in deployed to your account

  • The Outlook app installed on your Android device

Step-by-step guide

Step 1: Open the options menu on an existing email

Open any existing email in Outlook, then tap the three-dot menu icon in the upper-right corner of the message header.

Custom compose field selections are device-specific. Checkboxes, dropdowns, and custom text fields are stored locally on each device. Selections you make on Android will not carry over to desktop or iOS. If you use Opensense on multiple devices, set your custom compose field preferences on each one separately.
