How to edit a campaign

1. Navigate to Campaign

Navigate to Marketing (1), then Campaigns (2). Search for campaign (3) or navigate to one and click on the ellipses (4) and click on Edit (5).

2. View Analytics

You will then be able to view and edit the campaign. This is where you will find banner analytics. Toggle between granularity (1) and chart type views (2).

3. Name & Schedule

Edit the name for this campaign (1). Enable/edit this campaign to run on a specific schedule (2).

⚠️ Important:

Scheduling is optional. If no schedule is set, the banner will run continuously until it is manually turned off. Be sure to monitor and disable banners as needed to avoid unintended displays.

4. Select Tags

Add/remove the tags you want to associate with the campaign (3). Tags determine which recipients will see the banner. For more details, refer to the targeting section to learn about tags and the banner management section for best practices.

⚠️ Important:

To deactivate a live banner, navigate to the banner, remove the tag, and then click Update. This will stop the banner from displaying.

5. Choose Categories

Add/remove categories that best match this campaign objective (4).

💡Pro-tip:

Categories are pre-populated in your account. They are optional, but encouraged because they help you organize your campaigns better. You can then choose a category and date range on the Performance dashboard to see analytics for a specific campaign.
