Outreach Integration

Integrating with Outreach allows customers to auto-provision Opensense signature blocks on Outreach. With the click of a button, Opensense signatures can be pushed to the individual Outreach accounts of all users on your domain.

Steps for Outreach Administrator

Note: Please ensure the Outreach Administrator has the Domain Role access assigned within Opensense. If you need assistance with this, please reach out to help@opensense.com

Complete the Outreach OAuth within the Opensense Portal

  1. From the navigation pane on the left:

    1. Manage → Domain Settings → Integrations → Outreach

  2. Click Connect

    1. Once connected, the Integration will be toggled ON automatically with an info box containing:

      1. Who completed the integration

      2. The date of the integration

      3. Outreach ID

  1. After granting OAuth access, you will be redirected to an Opensense-branded landing page. You can close this page or click Continue to proceed to the Opensense Portal.

Enable Outreach Auto-Sync

  1. From the navigation pane on the left:

    1. Manage → Domain Settings → Directory/Sync → Configurations → Outreach → Toggle ON Auto-Sync Users

How to Perform Outreach User Sync

  1. From the navigation pane on the left:

    1. Manage → Users → Actions (top right hand corner) → Run Sync

    2. Change Source to Outreach

    3. Click Start Sync

Push the Opensense Plain Text Preview to Outreach

Follow these steps to use the Opensense Pusher tool.

  1. Navigate to Signatures → Pusher from the navigation pane on the left side. You will see a button for Outreach with the Push option.

  1. Verify in Outreach by going into your Outreach Admin Settings → Mailboxes.

    1. Click Edit on a user mailbox, and verify the signature block is present.
