Opensense automatically syncs user and group data from your connected directory and third-party integrations on a scheduled basis. Understanding sync frequency helps you know when to expect changes — such as new users, updated profile fields, or group membership changes — to appear in Opensense.
Sync schedule
Sync frequency varies by platform:

Google Workspace | Once per day |
Third-party integrations | Once per day |
Third-party integrations that sync on this schedule include Okta, Outreach, Salesforce, BambooHR, and SFTP.
Syncs run automatically on the schedule above. If you need data updated immediately, you can also trigger a manual sync at any time.
