Article summary

The Opensense email Signature is enclosed by two tokens. We use [[#]] for O365 Users and [[+]] for G-Suite Users. Fields are the parameters within the tokens. When an Opensense user clicks "Send" on an email, the fields are populated by your signature template. You will be creating and implementing your schedule templates during Onboarding.

Save your Signature Block Everywhere

Any application that routes email through your corporate mail server will transform the signature block. This includes an endless list of applications like:
  • Outlook
  • Gmail
  • Apple Mail
  • Salesforce
  • HubSpot
  • Mobile Phone Apps

Copy. Paste. Save. Use

If the signature block does not transform, the application you are using is not being routed through your corporate mail server. Please contact help@opensense.com
