- Show a field only when the user has a value for it.
- Hidden fields
- Keep fields such as image links, meeting links, and badges out of the visible signature block.
- External and internal wraps
- Show a different signature or banner to recipients outside and inside your domain.
- Sender or recipient email
- Insert the sender or recipient email address with
{{sgsender}}and{{sgrecipient}}. - Elements based on a field value
- Show a signature element, such as an office address, based on the value of a directory field.
- Comments in templates
- Add comments to template code. Comments do not appear in sent email.
- Web-safe fonts
- Choose fonts that display the same on all devices and platforms.
